• Locale-aware routing — German speakers are guided to German pages, while both languages stay independently accessible and indexable.
• All content in one typed config, so copy and SEO change without touching components.
• Email provider behind an adapter, chosen by environment variable, with native fetch instead of heavy SDKs.
• Compliance as product: first-visit non-affiliation notice, site-wide disclaimer, link to the official developer, privacy and terms pages.

Results

The site ranks for project-name searches such as "mira hills" and sends that traffic into the Dubai Haus funnel. Delivered through KohzadTech.
